Black & White Truffle Guacamole
- 4 avocados
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped and stems removed
- 3 Serrano Peppers chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- Black and White Truffle Salt
- Dash of Smoked Paprika (Optional)
Scoop avocados. Combine onion, cilantro, peppers, lime juice, and garlic. Add chopped avocados and mix with a fork, mashing the avocado as you mix. Spoon into serving bowl, and sprinkle truffle salt. Add a dash of smoked paprika if desired.
