This salt is created by taking Pacific Sea Salt and smoking it over a traditional hickory fire, resulting in a smooth smoky flavor associated with Southern Barbecue. No artificial flavors here. Use in rubs for ribs, sprinkle on red meat or in burgers before forming the patty. Also great on grilled or roasted poultry.
