Hickory Smoked Sea Salt

To create this product, we don't take shortcuts - Pacific sea salt is smoked over a traditional hickory fire, resulting in a smooth, smoky flavor often associated with southern barbecue. It's perfect for use in rubs for ribs, to sprinkle on red meat, or in burgers before forming the patty. This flavorful salt is also great on grilled or roasted poultry.

Choose between 1.5oz and 8oz jars.
